Are non-members still able to send as well as receive PM's? ive been unable to respond to PM's for some yrs now and MN have never explained why or resolved it. Also, how do we contact MNhq,

Thing is i can receive PMs, that's not a problem, its typing a reply to the pm i can't do. Thanks anyway.
