Black mole on side of foot

Been there about 6 months.
should I be worried ?
it’s flat and hasn’t really grown much at all.

If new or changed get it looked at.

If it is new you need to get it checked out at GP.

Definitely get this looked at. I had one like that on my back. I was referred query malignant melanoma. It was removed and tested, thankfully it was normal tissue. You just never know though.

It’s on the side of my foot which I think is quite an unusual place. I don’t really have any anywhere else maybe the odd one hear and there.

Definitely get it checked. It could be nothing but if it is something then the earlier the better.

I had a mole that looked very like that on the inside of my little toe. The doctor looked at it and said that it looked fine at that moment but that moles which are in places that get a lot of friction/rubbing are at higher risk to become problematic, so I had it off. I'd imagine the same would be true of the side of your foot.
