Loving it! Wish it could be like this all summer

We just got back from holiday where it was 30C+ every day so am honestly pleased we have a bit of a nice transition and not the usual depressing shock to the system coming home is! We have AC upstairs though so sleep isn’t impacted.

I’m at work with fans blasting on me so I don’t care about how hot it is.

Migraine and body pain here. Currently in a room with fan on, and warm hot water bottle on my back.
Somehow it feels more soothing than cold.
V nauseous and can't believe ten yrs ago I would be out in my garden on the sun lounger.

All the windows and doors are open. I'm finding myself slightly irritated by every single thing 😂😂 my son eating his cereal too loud....🤣🤣

I'm wearing a dress which is very rare for me 🤣🤣

Went out for a run on the Common at 8am - was able to keep mostly in the shade. We've got a nice gentle intermittent breeze here too 🙂

I love it. I have an umbrella for when I'm outside. Makes it much nicer!

I am feeling grumpy. I didn't get much sleep last night thanks to my neighbour making a racket in their back garden until the small hours.
