Relay delivery option on Vinted

It seems that Vinted (as well as making it impossible to find your size) have added (without mentioning it) an atrocious delivery firm to the sending options. Has anyone successfully sent or received a parcel via Relay? Their tracking updates are non existent and their Trust Pilot score is horrendous.

Yes I bought something from vinted and collected it at a Relay shop.
It’s a small, local shop.
When I got there the poor shopkeeper said that he was just taking stock of over 120 items. Telay gad not delivered anything that week and had decided to sent a full weeks worth of deliveries in one day.
He had to look through lots of bags and I helped him find it!

I’ve used it to send and receive item with no issues.

They lost the item that is sold, I had an email from them to confirm that I’d sent it but it hadn’t connected to the vinted tracking system on the app. Item then got lost, buyer got a refund and vinte had the nerve to say that as I hadn’t sent the item correctly they couldn’t give me a refund! The customer sales advisor closed our chat so I reopened it with another adviser and they did eventually refund it. It’s put me off vinted altogether.

I've used it to receive 2 parcels to a local shop and it was fine. Not my first choice of delivery, I prefer Inpost lockers but they've removed some local lockers and it's very hard to get availability for the remaining lockers now.
