My life has ended. I am massive coffee drinker and Ive been told in no uncertain terms I must give tea and coffee up for medical reasons.
How the heck can I live without coffee? Im going to have a last bank holiday bender then stop. .
Anyone got any tips for the inevitable headaches?

Coffee reduces iron absorption less than tea and is generally ok for iron absorption if you have it more than 2 hours away from meals. Maybe you could just have it first thing and delay your breakfast until 2 hours later.

Does it?
3% of the amount in real coffee?

Yes. A doctor was telling me about it when we were discussing cutting caffeine
