When assessing mental health risk. If someone has had mutiple incidents of self harm for just short of two weeks

It’s hard to answer with out background but yes unless say they self harmed once then responded well to treatment but on say day 10 they had a completely unrelated incident that unfortunately led to several episodes of self harm. I guess in that scenario the incidents could be seen as separate.
