Bag drop at Wembley Stadium?

Hi,

We’re going to Wembley tomorrow for the Play Offs (UTT!) and have realised that our tickets are in the neutral section so no club colours allowed Sad

Does anyone know if there’s a bag drop at Wembley. We’d like to wear our shirts beforehand but can’t wear them or even carry them in a bag once in the stadium.

I’ve looked online and there are storage places but they’re at the other end of Wembley Way so we’d have to walk back away from the stadium before the match.

Thanks :-)

I don't know where it is, but I do know (thanks to the announcements on the walk up) that bag drop is a tenner!

We’re in quite a frustrating situation that a friend got us the tickets without asking where we wanted to sit, thought he was doing a kind thing by getting premium tickets, but we have paid for them so it’s cost us loads more, not sat near anyone we know, and have now found out it’s neutral so can’t wear our shirts.

its such a silly situation that I can’t explain here Confused

A few years ago we went to a game at Old Trafford and (it was Man Utd versus our team - tickets given from the same friend Grin) and it was so stressful as our little one had a football scarf which he couldn’t take in, so we took it to the bag drop, then as we were walking back in the stewards searched our bags and spotted his tablet with a football cover on so couldn’t take that in and had to go back to the bag drop again.

it’s made me worry that I can’t take a bag with our shirts in tomorrow but as it isn’t a home team v us maybe just overthinking it!?

There’s a bag drop about 5 minutes walk from the stadium. It was very organised when we went in. I didn’t realise my bag was to big (small rucksack) and they told us where to find it on the date plus there was street signs with arrows if I remember rightly.

Make sure you are not time limited afterwards, the collection queue can be the stuff of nightmares.

Are you in Club Wembley?

Curlybrunette · 22/05/2026 20:11

No I don’t think we’re club Wembley, we have category 1 tickets in the neutral end, but no hospitality

Is that a Wembley stadium bag drop or somewhere else?

I googled it and there is one about 5 mins walk from Wembley Park Stadium Station at a shop but we’d rather have it at the stadium end if possible

Well, you live and learn.

What an odd rule.

I don't understand why they think people would be buying tickets for a match at Wembley when they don't support either of the teams playing Confused

Never heard of such a daft rule!

Sorry - absolutely no help to you. As you were.

Flyingkitez · 22/05/2026 21:51

It’s the Wembley stadium one but it’s up the road it was a bit annoying as the wrong direction for us to walk but was a quick turn around @Curlybrunette

Wembley Park station and Wembley stadium station are 2 separate places. Bag drop was opposite Wembley stadium station when I went that way on Sunday.

Who are you supporting? I went past Trafalgar Square on the bus around 9pm and it was packed and decked with red, there was even red smoke

UTT is Up the Tigers (Hull City).

Davros · 22/05/2026 23:14

Do they wear red?

Nope that’s Middlesbrough! Hull city wear black and amber hence The Tigers! Hope you get sorted Curlybrunette! I’ll give you a wave! *UTT!

Stopsnowing · 22/05/2026 23:28

Can you not simply cover up with another shirt on top?

CerseisWig · 22/05/2026 23:41

UTB 😉🔴

It's a shame you can't wear your team colours though @Curlybrunette .
