After reading another post what do you put in your child’s lunch box teens and what after school/ evening snacks do they have?

Do you mean tweens? Once my kids started secondary school I got them to make their own packed lunches - it’s important they learn independence and start doing chores.
They generally make a sandwich, vegetable sticks, fruit and a snack bar of some kind.

After school they can have/make sandwiches, cereal, fruit, cheese, raisins.

My 11 year old had a wrap or sandwich, yoghurt, fruit and a biscuit like shortbread for his packed lunch today. He went through a spell of having mini sausage rolls instead of a sandwich.

My kids don't really do after school snacks, they don't seem hungry. They might have an ice cream if it's hot,, or a hot chocolate if they're cold. After dinner they'll have pudding, usually a little chocolates bar or kit kat. Then they have supper, peanut butter sandwich, toast or a bowl of cereal (something plain, not chocolate based). My teenager had hollow legs just now. He had a handful of pretzels and half a tub of Ben and Jerry's after dinner!

Mine has soup in a flask in the winter and pasta salad or a wrap in the summer plus a fruit salad, carton of fruit juice, piece of cheese and a chocolate biscuit.

after school they will graze on whatever they can scavenge on the kitchen

My 10 year old is always starving...he usually has a sandwich or thermos of pasta, something else savoury like a couple of mini sausage rolls or cheese straws, sometimes a yoghurt, and then 1 or 2 portions of fruit/vegetables.

After school he will rummage around the kitchen for snacks and complain we have no food (we do!). There's even unhealthy stuff like crisps and fruit roll ups so I'm not quite sure what he's after.

My 10 year old is never happy with a sandwich and refuses to take a roll. They take in noodles, Gyozas, pasta salads and leftovers from dinner. Snacks are dried mango, popcorn. Their friends bring in sushi & one takes M&S pasta salads in for lunch everyday!
