Kealy? Strange spelling?

I came across this strange spelling today. Well I think it's strange. Keeley or Keely yes but this looks just weird. Apologies if anyone is named it.

I've never seen it spelt like that.

But the weird ways some people find to spell names never ceases to amaze me.
