My DD8 stayed at campsite at the weekend.
On Sunday she remembers she had her precious jellycat bunny at lunch. I picked her up at 2:30pm.
Group of brownies staying in one hut and she is adamant she didn’t leave the hut with it ( I believe this).
Checked the grounds - nothing.
checked with inflatable hire company who were on site (just in case) - nothing.
Hut was checked after all girls had gone (and again by us) - nothing
Not in anybody’s bag (asked in WhatsApp group lots).
Only other place I can think is the bin - however Leader who emptied bins is very confident it wasn’t in them (I have contacted waste management company, however).
It can’t have just vanished!! I am praying someone has it and drops it at the camp this weekend. I don’t really care if it has been taken - we just want it back. DD is distraught as had it since birth and takes it everywhere. I have recent health issues and the loss of comfort for her is breaking my heart. I’m praying to ST Anthony.
