Wine with a taste of cherries?

I fancy a wine with a taste of cherries - any suggestions? I don't know a lot about wine, so hopefully someone here has a clue!

Pinot noir often has notes of cherry.

I often stick coke in red wine, you could try cherry coke!

I'd second the suggestion of a pinot noir

I'd go for a primativo ( Italy) or zinfandel (usa) - same grape and definitely has a berry/ cherry taste but not sweet. It doesn't disappoint.

I was going to suggest Italian - Chianti or Sangiovese.

Or Spanish wine like a Monastrell Jumilla.

It’s called a kalimotxo and it’s really nice. Total normal drink in Spain.

That's called calimocho in Spain.

I asked if a bar in San Sebastián did Sangria. The bartender looked at me with disgust and said "No, we do something much better" and made us a mix of coke and red wine with orange slices. It was "different".
