can anyone recommend a good app for ordering printed photos from my phone and how do they work. Some advertise free photos but do you have to pay a subscription for this?

Free Prints. You get 45 free photos every month, you just pay postage, and for any duplicates. No subscription, and pretty speedy delivery.
