Can online prices be cheaper than thd same thing instore?

I bought something in crew clothing today and just seen online they have everything reduced by 20% , but the website in temporarily unavailable.

I didn't think something could be 2 separate prices if it was the exact same thing.

Is this normal?

Actually its 25% off everything online, thats even more annoying

Yes, it’s not common but online and in store pricing can differ. Email customer services with a receipt and they’ll probably match the price and credit you. Worth a try!

Boots definitely do this. Quite often I’ll see something online and then when I get o boots it’s not the same price.

I imagine loads of shops have sales that are online that don’t happen in the actual shops. It is annoying though.
