Do I need a TV license?

Keep getting harassed by them. I have a Sky box but if I don't watch live TV or BBC iPlayer then do I need a TV license?

You do if you record tv programmes.

If you don’t watch live tv, BBC or record programmes on your sky box then you don’t need one. You do have to fill a form though to say you don’t need one.
If you do any of those then yes you need one.

Thank you. When trying to declare this it keeps saying I need a TV license despite saying no, grr! I'll call them. Thanks both
