How many outfits should I pack for a Tenerife holiday? First time abroad

I am going on my first holiday abroad since I was 3 next month with DS14. I don’t really have a lot of clothes as it is, I mainly live in leggings etc. Any summer clothes I do have no longer fit me as I’m now a size 10 rather than a size 6 - which is fine btw, just for context!

I’m trying to work out how much clothes I need to take. We’re going to Tenerife for 8 days. Do I need a day outfit and an evening outfit for each day? Plus how many bikinis/swimsuits? Do I take a couple of pairs of trousers/jumpers just incase? Any help would be appreciated.

Take 3/4 evening outfits, because you can re wear them. No one will know. Swap a top and bottom around.

Maybe a few dresses, or shorts and tops for the days. Depends if you are in the pool mostly.

I take 4-5 swimsuits/bikinis but I’m a chronic overpacker!

You can always take some travel wash and rinse things out in the sink if you need more clothes, usually places have somewhere to dry them even if it’s over the balcony. Or a pull out washing line. I take a few pegs incase.
