Does anyone's elderly parent wear an in-case-of-a-fall type device? Which ones are good?

Think it's time my elderly parents each wore some kind of device they could use to alert someone if they fall when they're alone. No dementia or any cognitive issues, but just less physically stable now. Does anyone have experience of their parents using one, and if so, would you recommend it? Open to the traditional pendant type ones, but also a more modern watch type option, just don't know where to start looking!

My Mum has a Careline watch type alarm. If she falls inside or in the garden it automatically calls for help. The operators then call either me or my brother- we both live fairly local- or an ambulance. Worked well up to now!

Apple Watch. My relative fell down the stairs and it called the ambulance. She came round to find paramedics there
