Help please with Samsung phone

I didn't know where to post this. I've obviously inadvertently clicked on something I shouldn't and now I keep getting leads of annoying ads. I attach a screenshot. Can anyone help please? I've tried switching phone on and off which hasn't helped. Thanks so much

Have you mistakenly downloaded any app? The ads might be linked to that. Delete any apps that are not required. Also, if you long press the 'ad' section, does it give an option to delete?

Have you tried delete browsing data in settings? You can also delete history. This should clear cookies & clean up the cache.

Also go into settings - battery device care. It will list what apps are using more battery/storage. You may find ones you didn't know were there & then uninstall them.

I've tried the long press, and it opened another ad! 🤣
