Yes, a wash up at work after a project. But I wouldn’t expect everyone to know it.

Wash up is a debrief, most often towards the end of a project (or towards the end of a phase of a project).

Yes I've heard it before. Not often but if it was used at work I think we'd all know what it means. (And the ones who don't would just go with it and pretend they did - my industry loves a bit of corporate-speak and no one ever asks what people actualy mean!)

A wash up discussion (where I work) is where, at the end of a project, the project stakeholders get together to discuss what went well and what could be improved.

Sometimes called a Reteospective (if the team use Agile methodology).

Yes, I've heard it used for over a decade, at least. I had assumed it was a civil service thing? A "lessons learnt" meeting seems to be more common these days.
