im a 68 yrs old lady
I want to loose about a STONE
I can’t do it alone because I don’t know how much I should be eating in a day
I can honestly say I don’t think I eat enough as it is ! I think it’s because by the time I’ve made it or it doesn’t taste what I thought it would
I end up leaving modt, the at night I go for
crisps and choc bar
typical day eating something
sheddie squares 15-20
2 strawberries and hand full blueberries
ham & tomato brown sandwich
banana maybe
coffee & tunnock marshmallow
maybe
spag bol & pasta
chilli & rice
2 lamb chops 3 new potatoes green beans or broc
Has anyone managed to loose weight just cutting out
cake,chocolate,biscuits ???
id need a go to though , anything under 99 calories ok ??
but of a picky eater 😡
