Been awake 22hrs

I have been awake for 22hrs i have absolutely no reason to post. Just a bit pissed of.. for no reason.

jesus after about 18-19 hours my body shuts down or i get what i call a sleep deprived headace

No it happens every now and then longest I have been awake for is 36hrs this only happens every few months .

I got to sleep for a bit. Well 2.5 hrs 🙄
My body wants to sleep but my head is shouting get up rise and shine 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩🤸‍♂️🤾‍♂️💃🌞🎉🎉🎉

I get like this, will go a week or two averaging 3/4 hours sleep a night or no sleep and then one night I’ll sleep 12-14 hours and it starts all over again. Managed 3 hours sleep last night. 🥱

Oh mine is not as bad as that my average sleep is 4-6 more often its 6. Its just annoying

very annoying especially when you run out of things to do! I think it might be horomone related.

Thats a good point i think im peri menopause i was laying flooring last night. But I started messing it up so left it amd went to bed. And laid there for hours 🙄

I'm 51. In the last few years I've noticed my sleep gets poorer and poorer towards the end of my cycle, then sort of resets when my period starts. Magnesium glycinate has helped significantly.
