M&S lemon vinegarette

I had this salad yesterday and the dressing was incredible. Must be low fat as total calories only 255.

M&S don't seem to sell by bottle. Any suggestions food lovers?

Clearly I am procrastinating today but the ingredients for that vinegarette are really simple lemon juice, sugar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Just Google for an oil free recipe and shake together in a small jar. For the authentic mass produced flavour you might want to downgrade ingredients concentrated lemon juice for lemons, simple sugar syrup for maple syrup.

Top tip - if you have fresh chives growing you can snip two into the dressing - delicious,

Also For sweetness at home, you can use a tiny smear of agave nectar - it’s really perfect in dressings like this or also if you are making coleslaw but like to take the edge off the acidity you’ve used.
