Carpet sweepers

Do they still exist? Full disclosure, I am asking MN before googling it myself.

I have cleaned the whole house this week and the vacuum cleaner is safely stashed away until next time. It occurs to me that I would like to have an old-school carpet sweeper not anything that has to be plugged in/charged up. Just something to avoid bending down with the dustpan and brush on a daily basis as I'm not dragging the hoover out every day (sorry MN clean freaks!).

I worked at argos til recently and a lot of people still buy them. Everytime they came into stock they were sold especially to the older generation.
My mum had one a few years back for the caravan from B&m.

I'm most definitely the "older generation".

I bought my Mum one for her 81st Birthday and she loves it. It's much easier to get out that her vacuum. It gets used most days
