Ear plugs!

Not the most exciting topic, but I’m going to a Take That concert in a couple of weeks, my first concert since I started having tinnitus

im thinking I should look to invest in some ear plugs for a bit of protection? My tinnitus is mild and generally manageable, and I’d like to keep it that way ideally!

Any ear plugs recommendations? Any opinions on Loops??

I use these, my son is a musician so I go to a lot of gigs. You don't need to spend a lot, just ones with filters in.

Just wanted to pop back @BringBackTheLightand say thank you so much for the recommendation, they were perfect! Blocked out the real piercing noise but left me able to enjoy the music and singing!
