really struggling with sudden dry skin - mainly my legs. Every time I shave I end up in utter agony. How long does this go on for 😞. Tried using different products. Even moisturiser is causing such irritation.

I’m experiencing the same, apparently cod liver oil supplements are the miracle cure

supplement with Omega 3 heavy oils - so fish oil (preferably whole body fish oil rather than fish liver oil), flaxseed oil, artic krill oil etc.

take maxiumm doses until skin sorts itself out - then tweak as necessary.

Keeps skin lovely.

@ohyesido and @RobinEllacotStrike does this help with dry hair too?

I had itchy skin , like I genuinely wanted to scratch my legs off , HRT made it 90% better , but weirdly it was never dry

I'm not sure about that, though I've never had dry hair until I got bits of it lightened last year and now its a hot dry mess.

My skin is still ok though & never really dry. I take flaxseed/krill oils regulalry
