London County Hall area, somewhere decent to eat?

Recommendations please for decent restaurants. Seeing a play at 3pm on a Sunday so looking for:

Pre theatre lunch
Post theatre evening meal

Dont want:
Highend as in mega bucks
Dont like sushi, chinese, thai

Either walk along the South Bank heading for Waterloo, or look at The Cut which runs the other side of Waterloo station - lots of nice little restaurants along there.
