Lymphatic drainage drops do they work?

Just that really. Someone at work suggested to try them for bloatedness and water retention I have in my legs.

Don’t know what they are but have you tried Legs Up the Wall, then a bit of self leg massage, and/or pre shower dry skin brushing?

both great to stimulate lymphatic drainage

I do elevate my legs as much as possible, haven't tried massage/dry skin brushing yet. I shall definitely try that

Legs up, dry brushing - it's great for the skin, if nothing else - and massage if you want. If the oedema gets worse, you must see your doctor.
