Can anyone recommend glue for repairing old New Balance trainers?

Can anyone recommend a glue to use on my new Balance trainers? I was thinking about sending them off or to Timpsons to be repaired, but they are about 10 years old. However they are very comfortable for running and I don't fancy paying over 100 pounds to replace as New Balance have gone up in price. picture attached of where they're falling apart thank you

Can’t help much other than to warn you off superglue. I used it to stick a sole down on a pair of Clarke’s flats, the shoe started smoking and got hot and I had to stick it outside! Timpsons would give you the right glue and not burn your bathroom flooring…

Timpsons will stick it for you. They have the proper glue.

They did mine in exchange for dropping some money in the charity tin on their desk.

Ask them.

Thanks. Timpsons it is then. I should let them die a death but they are pretty pristine about from the falling apart!

I bought sapbond shoe glue from amazon. Bloody love it.

Surely you’ve not been running in these for 10 years? They look knackered 😬

My very thrifty cabinet maker DH repaired two pairs of my shoes a few months ago.
They weren't trainers, they were a very good pair of German-made leather casuals and my leather nurse's shoes.
They have held together really well and he used Lepage PL Premium, 3X Stronger Construction Adhesive.
But if you can get them fixed professionally for the price of donating to the charity box, that's what you should do.

They're 10 years old, give up.

Some running, mostly shuffling about pretending to do couch to 5k and the gym. They aren't my only trainers. But they are the only only ones I run in as my feet swell up when I run. These are comfy

I feel I need to try to fix them. I have about six pairs of better Nikes. But are a favourite pair. I should really only have two pairs of decent ones, but.... I do tend to get attached to a few items and wear to death. I'm not like that with 99% of my clothes. But I love these.
