Exhaustion, aching and weight loss after amitriptyline and surgical menopause

Looking for advice from others who have maybe ever felt like this. I'm 39, in surgical menopause since a hysterectomy last August, but don't think that's the problem as I've felt much better than I do now previously! I've always had a very stressful job but since becoming menopausal I've made sure to look after myself better, I exercise when I can, take HRT, take all the supplements, meditate, go to bed early, etc. But the last couple of weeks I've ached all over and I'm just so TIRED

I feel worse than ever today (luckily I'm WFH and have a rare day of no meetings) - my job role has changed which means much less stress but it hasn't helped. I was out with some friends Saturday and had some drinks, but wasn't drunk and was home in bed by 930. Yesterday I dozed pretty much on and off all day and then was asleep by 9 and slept through until 8am! I just don't feel...right

I have been taking amitriptyline for the past few weeks, although have had to stop it as it was making me very very sick and removed my appetite almost entirely. I had been wanting to lose the menopause weight but I've now lost a stone in 3-4 weeks. I'm 5'2" and now 8st 4 and anymore would make me look ill. Not sure if it's why I'm so tired but it seems to be worse since I've stopped and my appetite has returned - I eat well with lots of protein, veg, etc.
