Does anyone work for a Reform led Council?

How have things changed since Reform took over? With LGR to contend with and a lot of new inexperienced councillors in charge I'm worried!

I work for a now NOC but majority Reform council. I'm worried about this too.

I think we were expecting NOC but have a reform majority. The Reform councillors in our area have been told not to talk to the press so it doesn't fill me with much confidence

I'd be more worried if it was a Green, Lib Dem or Labour council these days tbh

We have lots of flags and a crumbling County Hall which was being sold but now isn't. We don't have enough space to work int he office so we are still on a rota like we were before.

On a day to day, not much has changed. I think Reform have this idea that there was lots of savings to me made, and that our LA was this flabby, money wasting entity. However the truth is that LA's are barely surviving on bare bones and providing little more than statutory services. There isn't anything left to cut.

Our Reform led council is an absolute shambles. The teenage deputy council leader got sacked because, surprisingly, he didn’t have a clue. It’s an embarrassment.
