I can’t recommend enough trying solution based hypnotherapy for anxiety.

As for your moles, I have stage 3 melanoma. I have lots of moles. I can’t speak for everyone, but my cancer was not an old mole. It appeared from nowhere, grew quickly over the course of a year, 1.5+ cm and it itched and bled. It was obviously very different from the others.

Have you done mole mapping? Personally, I would consider doing it, with support from your therapist and relying on the findings. Your brain may tell you to panic, but the data is more objective. I do think checking your skin is important and everyone should be doing it. But having cancer sucks. Don’t live your best years obsessed with all the bad things. You are incredibly lucky to have your health. So many of us wish we could be you, so don’t waste it in a spiral.
