Gift help please!

My former boss is leaving work shortly. Her and her husband will be moving abroad in around a year's time but in the meantime they have some travelling planned which is a mix of a few overseas trips and spending time in the Lake District. They've just sold their house so are packing their belongings up apart from what they'll actually need. She's early 40s, no kids, is the sort of person who already owns everything she needs...what can I get her as a farewell gift? I'm totally drawing a blank! Budget is probably up to £50.

Nice bottle of wine, maybe from the country she’s eventually going to move to.

A book on foodie spots or nice walks in the Lake District.

A years online subscription to an online magazine: Elle, National Geographic, Olive etc.

@Twoshoesnewshoes actually that's a good idea, she's been very stressed so maybe some sort of relaxation activity in the Lakes.....
