At home birthday party ideas - 6yo girls

DD wants her birthday party at home this year which slightly scares me but we will make it work! She wants an Elsa entertainer, so I’m happy to book one of those, but I feel I need to have other ideas/ back up to fill probably 15-20 minutes at the start and 15 minutes at the end if they eat quickly.
Any low cost suggestions please?

'Decorate' their pizzas at the start, then you can cook them while the entertainer is on and they can eat after? Ditto with cupcakes. Or, tbh, you might not need to fill the first 15 mins because they'll be excited with each other and some will be late so a few balloons out might be fine 🤷

Great ideas, thank you. Lots of balloons definitely needed! And cupcake decorating could be a good way to do cake.

My dd ( just turned 7) went to a friends party at home and they did pass the parcel with a small gift in each layer was a huge hit the girls loved it, my dd got a small glitter nail varnish and thought it was the best thing ever.

Do some glitter tattoos or have a little face paint stencil, they’ll queue happily for a few mins

More great ideas, thank you
