A 7 feels comfortable on but is a bugger to get off

8 slips on and off easily when pulled but stays on fine with normal movements

How snug should they be?

Hi, mine is hard to get off but I didn’t want to lose it.
Seems to be working well so far - got it last Monday.

Pick a different finger and try and find a better fit should be somewhere in the middle of those.

I was the same and chose an 8 in the end as my fingers can swell slightly if im hot or during exercise etc. Glad I did as a 7 would not have worked! Also meant with an 8 I could switch fingers sometimes from index to middle.

Have you worn it for the recommended 24hours? If not definitely try it to see if your fingers change.

I’m in the middle of my 24hrs - the 8 nearly falls off when I wash my hands but I have to really pull the 7 to get it off. I need a 7.5! Planning on wearing it on non dominant index finger . If I went for 8 I think I’d have to wear it on the middle finger of my dominant hand so it didn’t bash my wedding ring

Do the rings themselves fit a bit looser than the plastic ring sizers?

tis the morning. Fingers swollen, managed to get both off with a few twist but 7 more difficult. Had a shower and both slip off easily with soap and water - nearly lost the 8 down the plug!

I alternate mine between index and middle fingers - one is better when hot one better when cold .

I do this too. I have a 9 which is snug on my left index finger, but a little loose on thumbs and middle fingers, but these are options when my fingers swell a bit. The most consistent readings in the app are when it’s snuggly fitting, but some times I need to wet my hand to easily get it off.

Mine comes off easily in the shower.

I can get both on my middle finger too but the 7 is tighter there so if I go 7 it’ll deffo be index finger only, but I don’t mind that. My instinct says it’s sensible to go for more snug rather than one that comes off with zero resistance most of the time. Wish they did half sizes
