Why do I feel tipsy and light-headed without drinking...?

I daren't really speak to anyone about this because it sounds a bit silly but I am worried.

Recently, I have experienced quite a few occasions where I feel tipsy or slightly drunk (light-headed, slurry and a bit unsteady, that kind of spinning / vertigo type feeling) - even though I don't drink alcohol. It tends to happen more when I'm out during the day, and a few times I got worried that my Cokes were being spiked because I couldn't really explain it. Now it has started happening at home, feeling dizzy and woozy and "over-confident" in the way that drink often makes you, slurred speech.

I have been taking Mounjaro on a relatively low dose (5mg) for six months, and generally don't feel ill otherwise. My blood pressure at my last check was 118/70, blood glucose I don't know yet. I guess I want to make sure that I'm not going to be laughed at before I try to talk about this?

I feel like that after too much caffeine. For me 2 cups of tea in a day is the absolute limit although if one cup is particularly strong I won't have another.

I had something very similar and it was low (quite low) iron.

Are you taking progesterone? That has this effect.

Yes, I am. I never realised that there could be a connection. Just reading about it now, thank you
