Toddler tantrums driving me mad!

I am losing the will to live with my 2yo's tantrums. He screams and screams and screams. Screams blue fucking murder. Neighbours are complaining. One even came down to make sure he was alright as he just gets so worked up and won't settle.

I am sorry you are going through this rough phase. It will pass. I'm going to throw out basic stuff but sometimes you just have to wait until they grow out of it.

Ensure they have plenty of sleep and/or rest. Over-tiredness or over-stimulation can cause them to be off balance. Make sure they have healthy snacks nearby as blood sugar dips or hunger can set them off. Distraction earlier on when you see the signs, once they are into the tantrum it's too late. Make sure they are safe where they are and walk into a different room and count your breathing and slow it down, in through the nose and out through your mouth. But the most important thing is NEVER GIVE IN Flowers

Have you noticed what sets them off?
