I’ve bought something from vinted and it smells really damp and musty even after washing. I do use a non scented mild washing powder.
i will try another detergent but wondered if anyone has any tips and tricks. Fingers crossed, thanks.

Don’t mix bicarb and vinegar. When they combine, they froth to release CO2 and you’re left with very expensive salty water.

By all means try them separately, because both are effective in different ways. My suggestion was going to a soak in vinegar, then dry outdoors.

Hang on if it's for a baby I wouldn't risk it, mould is really hazardous for breathing.
