What have I done on my Galaxy Tab?

Can someone explain what I have done, and how I reverse it?

I'm researching some things for the garden, and tried to open tabs in different windows eg tables in one window and sheds in another. It was going fine, and I was able to easily switch between windows (or display both) using the lll button at bottom right. And my original browser window, with all the other stuff I'm looking at, did not get cluttered up.

Suddenly the two new windows won't go away. I can only shrink them and drag them to the edge of the screen. I can't maximise them, either. It's very annoying.

They display differently in the lll display - see screenshot .

How do I get out of this, and back to normal display? ( And how did I get into this in the first place?!)

This happens on my Samsung phone sometimes, I just close all tabs on Google and Chrome and start again.

Just tap on one and it'll fill the screen.

To get rid, you lightly touch, then flick up to remove the one(s) you don't want open.

BTW, you got to this by being in one window and sweeping up slower.

Closing all of them will make it work quicker as you've probably got far more windows open than you need.
