What are the Sky Garden restaurants like?

I'm guessing the Sky Garden restaurants are popular and busy, but are they crowded and noisy? Are any of them quieter than the others?
I'm looking for somewhere for a celebration lunch on a weekday, but I can't tolerate anywhere noisy.

Fellow bad-with-noise person here. From memory, the whole of the Sky Garden including the restaurants is one big zoned open space. There are people continually walking all around the periphery and talking. Also, there is quite a lot of background echo going on. Noise-wise, think extremely well-mannered school dining hall. It's not super-loud but it is constant and relentless.

The Sky Garden is beautiful and I loved visiting, but I wouldn't want to be trapped there for the length of a special-occasion meal.

I went to the Shard Chinese restaurant a couple of months ago and it wasn't particularly busy or noisy. Scarily high up though!
