Incessant talking

I don’t mean to sound awful but does anyone have a relative who will not stop talking?
It’s not even interesting. It’s as though they have to fill every single silence.
Yes they might be lonely but blimey please just stop.
Constantly talking about nothing. Not listening to replies. Not wanting to hear replies.
I know it’s a moan but this person is a close relative so I feel obliged to see them.

Someone I have to be around twice a week. Dear god. He finds himself an enormous wit, judging by the amount of Muttley laughing he does at his own comments.

People will murmur a reply now and then for the first five minutes and then dry up and he just witters on into the silence. Something in the environment caught my attention after about ninety minutes or so once - he'd stopped talking. It lasted two minutes and then off he went again.
