Tw mash referral
so I had an incident today where I shouted at my son for hitting me which happens a lot as currently waiting for pedatrician and suspected adhd or autism I’m just worry what this might Intale as I’m a single mum and trying my best just thought I’d ask if anyone had been through similar situation

Who reported you? How has a MASH referral already been made AND got back to you, if the incident was only today? That’s awfully quick. Also, a referral wouldn’t be made for one instance of shouting. Heck, many teachers would be out of a job!

So they pulled me in an said that they would like to make a mash referral as they think we all need support as I explained the context that he’s being assessed and he has hit me on multiple occasions it’s just while she was saying it she said she will mention that I shouted in a overwhelmed sense

It sounds more like she's making a referral to Early Help, or that would be the threshold that's met anyway. After the referral is received, it would be graded against risk and need. Then, they either assign you a support worker or send you information about the support that may be available. If they did grade it high enough, then you might get a call from a social worker just to check what's going on and maybe a visit.
