I posted recently about my return to work from maternity leave. I was due to start back next week, however because of uncertainty about a new position for me I offered to put this back a week or two. I emailed over this following a phone conversation using language like 'as per our conversation'. I haven't received a reply from them, which I'm disappointed about but not surprised.
The conversation was a little reassuring, however I have a really bad feeling about it all and possible redundancy. My job is (an has always been part time) My replacement was hired permanently with a full time contract. Would this be classed as a different role?
There has been lots of talk about my role changing, not any less favourable, but a change non the less. I have called Acas for advice, with little success, just a call is back if more issues. I'm still in the dark. Does anyone have any advice/ had experience of this?
