Can anyone recommend a union focused on members rather than politics?

I joined a union in October 2025. The union newsletters and emails are getting worse. It seems they care more about getting back at political parties and smearing them than working for the members. Can anyone recommend a union whose sole focus isn’t about smearing political parties? I don’t want to be funding this or reading this negativity. Thanks.

The trade union you can join is largely determined by the sector you work in. There may be options though. For example there are a few different teaching unions.
