Russell Brand/Piers Morgan interview

Believe me, I’m no fan of PM but I thought his interview did a brilliant job of allowing RB to make a twat of himself. The bloke is a shining example of how knowing a lot of long words and being able to talk for a very very long time doesn’t equal intelligence.

He panics and blusters and comes across as quite hysterical at various points.

Watching him riffle through the pages of his beloved bible frantically trying to find something to
pretend to have read was a joy to behold 🤣

It takes one to know one.

PM is a good journalist but a shit person 😆

I think RB responses are more calculated than we think though. He might be wrong, but he thinks he knows what he’s doing

The way Russel brand was acting is how I views lot of posters on Mumsnet. So desperate to look intelligent but just end up looking a complete fool.

It was actually a genuine response, but never mind… .

Piers Morgan is despicable and therefore knows all the tricks. That’s all I was saying.

Anyway yes, saw the interview. Russell Brand has no shame. It was satisfying to watch him bluster, flipping through his bloody bible, the audacious twat.

I saw this and nearly cringed myself inside out!
Then again I’ve always had a visceral repulsion for RB, and could never understand why anyone found him interesting, funny or attractive.

Despite the hatred for PM by so many and no doubt fully justified I tend to be drawn to his interviews and watch when I can. Last night I knew the RB would be one not to miss due to his upcoming trial.

Oh my gawd Brand did a Prince Andrew (as was) and arrogantly made a total twat of himself. I almost felt sorry for him but not quite.

I'm not sure of all the charges against him and they couldn't discuss that pre trial but I wouldn't be at all surprised if he's found not guilty through lack of evidence. When he was searching through his bible and must have misplaced his bookmark I was weirdly mesmerized.

It was good telly as they say.🫣
