King or double?

Such a boring question but would you plump for a double or a king size bed for the spare room

The only people who stay are; my friend from uni, my mum & dh’s parents. However they all stay fairly regularly.

Would you go Double or King?

King if it fits

Definitely king - a double is OK for a single person but not for two.

I’d go king if it fits, even though DH and I have a double which we’re happy with.

Or if you want flexibility maybe a single guest bed with a pullout full height bed stored underneath for when you have two people staying to make it into a king or twin beds.
