Does anyone know anything about slackboards?

Hi, I’ve been looking at slackboards for a while now and I’d really like one for my birthday. If you have one, do you have a single or double band on it?

I’m 60 and reasonably fit, but would like to work on balance and core. I do paddleboard, hike, swim and cycle, which helps, but I’d like more balance confidence!

TIA ☺️

I have a gibbon one with a double band. I stand on it while watching TV and spin round, stand on one leg etc..
Ive always had good balance so havent used it for that, but i use it as a core workout and its decent.

@Verv - thanks for answering! Do you know what the benefit of double over single is? It’s the gibbon one I’ve been looking at.

I think single is for more advanced users. I went for the double because I get the benefit of 2 bands while starting out and then can fanny about on just one as my confidence grew.

We have one and I need to practice more as I’m not very good! DS loves it.
