Live in an old terrace house and was always aware of the presence of mice - could hear them from time to time. However , recently their activity has increased - they got into a cupboard and could hear them in one ceiling. I have had pest control out to address it, but in the meantime I have become absolutely terrified!!! Every time I hear a noise in the evening I think it’s a mouse. I am terrified one will run over me at night.
