Which UK Center Parcs without a car?

If travelling from London with kids age 8 and 13, which Center Parcs is accessible by a combination of public transport and Uber/ taxi? I dont want to go to Woburn - been before and found it tiny. Also been to Longleat before which was nice.
Looking for a good sub tropical swimming paradise, but perhaps they are all the same.
I dont drive. Had gone to elveden with ex husband who drove.

Thanks.

Whinfell is only about 10-15 minutes in the car from Penrith which has a station, so you might be able to get a taxi. There are a couple of supermarkets in Penrith as well if you need food.

I've been to Whinfell and Elveden and the swimming pools were very similar

There’s a bus to Sherwood but it’s a bit of a pain.

I love the Penrith centre parcs! Easily doable by public transport though you will need change trains at Preston then get a taxi from the station though I doubt it’ll cost more than £20 it’s so close. I’m my opinion the best swimming is the Nottingham centre parcs but much trickier with public transport.

Ask guest services directly, because Woburn has a shuttle between the train station and the park and they told me Elevedon has one too. I did the Woburn one last year. It was great, they pick you and your luggage up and on the last day you can book a pick up for them to collect your luggage to store at the hotel until you want to get the bus home. If Elvedon do indeed offer this same service then that’s your best bet.

There’s a bus between Penrith and Whinfell.
