Has anyone used Stansted Airport assistance with Ryanair?

Has anyone booked assistance at Stansted Airport, specifically through Ryanair? Is it reliable? I have a medical condition which would be greatly helped by getting a buggy between the departure lounge and the gate but don't want to be worrying that it won't turn up, or leave little time at the gate.

I have booked assistance via Ryanair for july with Stanstead (never used Stanstead before). However have used others before. Assistance is usually run by the airports and I have never had issues. After checking in you usually go to an assistance desk let them know your there (they'll have you in the system already) and they'll ask what assistance you need (eg air bridge, assistance through security etc). Occasionally usually small airports the assistance team come to the check in desk and escorts you from there.

My MIL uses it every year. She has mobility issues. It is really helpful for her. She goes straight to the Assisted Travel area and they help her check in. They assist her all through the airport and help her onto the plane. She wouldn't be able to travel without it.

Thank you. That's very reassuring.
