Ours is 10 years old and I've lost the instructions but my hair is so soft (too soft) just now and I can't remember how to change the setting.
Seems like there is a new model and the pdf instructions on line don't make sense to me.
I'm in London, so hard water. I've got it set for 30 just now. Can't remember if I make that number higher or lower to make the water a bit harder.
Can anyone help?
