is there a contact number for sky boradband? I have been trying to find it most of this morning and keep getting told to call 150 from my mobile but I'm on EE for my mobile so not sure how to contact them, keep getting directed to their forum online via the help pages and keep going round in a loop, found one number online that sounds strange when I call i and it makes robot sounds and doesn't ring.
issue is I have an appointment for cityfibre to install full fibre braodband at my flat tomorrow but after speaking to my housing association today they have told me I should have asked them for permission to get it installed as it involves drilling holes etc (had no idea i needed persmission to get it done) so i have been told to cancel the appointment for now.
called cityfibre who told me they can't cancel appointments and i have to call sky for them to cancel it.
appointment is tomorrow lunch time and so far i have no way to talk to a human at sky to cancel the appointment, sky online chat is a bot.
anyone have any idea how to speak to sky over the phone?
